United Moments Supervision Process
United Moments Supervision understands being ordered to have supervision or an ex-partner or family member requesting supervision for contact with your child/ren can be overwhelming and uncomfortable.
Just as we have made the costs of our services as simple and affordable as possible, we also aim to make the process of utilising our services as simple as possible too.
Step 1 - contact us through email, text or phone or fill out our form here to discuss the possibility of using our services. We will let you know if we have availability in your area.
Step 2 - once both parties have agreed to use our services, we will contact both parties separately for an intake assessment via phone at a convenient time. This assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and is provided at no cost to you. During this session, we will:
-
Discuss the length and frequency of visits
-
Confirm agreed locations for supervised visits
-
Gather important background information about your family and child/ren
-
Identify any specific needs or considerations UMS needs to know about.
Step 3 - Both parties will be sent an Agreement to sign before supervision commences.
Step 4 - A Family Time Supervisor will be allocated and services will commence on the agreed date and time.
Step 5 - The Family Time Supervisor will observe the interactions between parent and child at visits, phone calls, or video calls and prepare a written report detailing these observations.
